The new powder supplement, Go Ruby Go! from the Institute for Vibrant Living is a perfect dietary addition for those with a serious sweet tooth and who like to eat healthy. As mentioned in my post last week, this product is packed with antioxidants and vitamins from dozens of fruit powders plus it gives you an energy and immune system boost! I love starting off my busy mornings with a fruit smoothie (see my favorite recipe below). By adding Go Ruby Go! to the drink, you will give your body extra nutrients and feel more energetic throughout the day!
This recipe is super simple and tastes delicious! All you need is a tablespoon of greek yogurt, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup of raspberries, 1/2 a cup of strawberries, ice and one scoop of Go Ruby Go!
Throw it all in a blender and blend until it is completely mixed together. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
