Essie just came out with a fabulous bright shade this Spring that is a cross between bright pink and red (depending on who you ask). Either way, this happy shade hits the mark and is one of my favorites for the season!

I like to protect and even out the tone of my skin every day with a light foundation. I've tried so many over the years and found these to be the best and most natural. I am very sensitive to perfumes so my five favorites listed below have a slight or pleasant scent if any!

1. YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat is paraben-free and feels weightless on the skin. I find that it evens out my complexion, perfects the texture of my skin and highlights the contours of my face. Available in 15 shades and contains SPF 19. I LOVE this product but it is pricey!
2. Chanel has a super lightweight water-based foundation with SPF 15 and I think it's one of their best products. The ultra-fine and oil-free fluid feels like a second skin and blends easily. It also provides a lot of coverage and is available in 10 shades.
3. Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer is a cult favorite and I must admit I am one of their biggest fans when it comes to natural-looking foundation. Even though the name says tinted moisturizer, this superb formula has coverage and evens out the skin perfectly. I like both formulas depending on the season (oil-free and regular). Contains SPF 20.
4. Nars Pure Radiant tinted Moisturizer is perfect for summer as it provides light, skin illuminating coverage as well as SPF 30, a fabulous two-in-one product. I bought mine a shade darker and use it as a bronzer too (so for me it's a three-in-one product). I am a huge fan of this brand!

Since it's officially spring time, I thought I would show off my most recent fave pedicure with a great nail color from Nicole by OPI. It's the perfect shade of dark blue with grey undertones. This particular color acts as a neutral and looks good with everything.
