As we age, finding the perfect swimsuit becomes more challenging. Our bodies change so much after menopause—we usually gain weight, our waists thicken, and our skin is not as tight as it used to be. Don’t worry…there are ways to optimize your figure by wearing the right swimwear to show off your assets. I recently started wearing more one-piece swimsuits and love the comfort, style, and coverage! I still like wearing bikinis, but now opt for higher-waisted styles that look modern and chic.

When my husband Michael mentioned he was speaking at a conference in San Sebastián this past May, our daughter Rachel and I jumped at the chance to join him in Europe! We love an adventure and since Spain is close to France, we decided to continue our adventure to the Cote d’ Azur, our happy place!
