Now is the time when we start thinking about New Years resolutions and what we want to improve upon in our lives for the next year. It's not too late to start making some positive changes before we hit 2016. According to an Invisalign sponsored survey conducted by Kelton, this past year has been a great one for women so lets continue the trend! Most women have reached or remained committed to their self-improvement goals. Some of these include improving their smile, losing weight, incorporating healthier foods into their diet, committing money into a saving plans, planning a vacation, picking up a new hobby and improving their work/life balance.
Of the 40% of women who set self-improvement goals at the start of 2015, 98% of those women are still committed to at least one goal while 65% say they have been successful so far.
Self-improvement is hard work! It involves an ongoing commitment and keeping your eye on the prize. Eating clean and incorporating a regular exercise routine are high on the list of goals for self-improvement. Other common goals include trying a new hairstyle or even improving your smile. Invisalign offers a great solution for those who are tired of smiling with their lips closed due to an embarrassing set of pearly whites. The Invisalign® clear aligner system is completely invisible, can be removed as needed and does not require a change in the way you brush and floss your teeth.
Women are finally starting to get the message that it's important to incorporate "me time" into their lives. This positive thinking helps them boost their self-confidence and reach self-improvement goals!
