I had my first treatment on my face and neck a few years ago with Nurse Jamie, who introduced me to Potenza. I needed some facial rejuvenation and skin tightening but could not afford any downtime due to several photo shoots I had planned that week. After the very first treatment, I was pretty floored at the instant results and was told it was only going to get better from there.
A few weeks later, I visited NY to see my family and friends. When my friends first saw me, they literally thought I had a face-lift. OMG! I then shared my best-kept secret with them about this radio frequency X micro-needling treatment, and that I thought it was well worth it!

This is how it works:
Potenza micro-needling treatment uses ultrafine needles and radiofrequency (RF) energy to penetrate the skin and trigger the body’s natural healing process to stimulate collagen and elastin production, revealing tighter and firmer skin through soft-tissue coagulation. This process causes injury that stimulates wound healing so that more collagen and elastane are produced. The depth of the needles can be adjusted on areas with thinner skin (like around the eyes). It also works well on all skin types. Because of the Fusion Tip technology, topicals can also penetrate deeper for maximum results.
The elastin and collagen building typically takes place 4-6 weeks after treatment, with optimal results usually seen 12 weeks after the last treatment. Most treatments can be performed in 45 minutes or less, depending on the areas.
I find Potenza easy to tolerate (with numbing cream applied before). Everyone is different, but I personally have never had any side effects such as pinpoint bleeding, swelling, redness, or irritation. Plus, you can do it during your lunch hour since there is no downtime.
I definitely noticed a big difference in the overall texture of my skin after one treatment. The appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles was less noticeable and my skin was much tighter than before. My husband also noticed a big difference in my skin when I got home from my first treatment.
