For me fashion has always been a way to express myself, and, just like a great hair day, the perfect outfit can be an instant confidence booster. Luckily, Anine Bing shares the same philosophy.
This former model turned clothing designer launched her first collection in Los Angeles in 2012, introducing women to her grab-and-go basics that also stand on their own as statement pieces. I love that her collections are simple and bold, with a timeless style and a dash of rock n’ roll edge. The designs are a true marriage of her modern Scandinavian heritage and the American sprit, bringing a mix of edgy and feminine to my look.
Not only can her collections be found in over 300 boutiques, her brick and mortar shops are exploding all over the world as well.
Take a peek below to see a few of my faves from this superstar company run by women, for women.
I love this feminine take on the classic white blouse. The shirred shoulder and silk jacquard pattern instantly update anything from jeans to a classic trouser.
A silk V-neck cami with lace detail adds the perfect soft and feminine touch to any outfit when worn on its own or under a boyfriend blazer or leather jacket. And, because I love the look and fit so much, I had to buy three….they are all so versatile and timeless!
This snake-print, silk charmeuse midi-skirt looks great with almost any shoe; from a flat worn with a sweater, to an ever-trending chunky sneaker paired with a t-shirt. The flexible elastic waist makes it the perfect skirt to put on for comfort, stylishly getting you through a busy day.
Who doesn’t love a high-waisted jean, snug in all the right places? These are my go-to denim when I want an effortless, polished look that transitions perfectly from day to night.
With an oversized silhouette, the pinstripe pattern of this blazer fuses perfectly with the feminine finish. Wear this with a printed vintage tee and a trouser, or jeans, for an edgy yet classic look.
Everyone needs a great western-inspired boot in their closet! You can’t go wrong wearing these with a loose-fit dress or skinny, cropped jeans. I love the croc textured leather and the super comfortable fit.
As you can see, Anine Bing is definitely taking over the fashion industry one statement piece at a time! Which pieces will you be adding to your closet? Shop some of my picks below!
