The first weeks after summer are always a challenge for me—especially this year, since I took most of August off. Lately, I’ve been focused on regulating my nervous system from all the craziness going on in the world by incorporating meditation into my mornings using the Unplug app. I was lucky to have the chance to see Davidji LIVE this week at Unplug, a wonderful meditation studio in Santa Monica founded by Suze Yalof Schwarz.
Here in LA, event season is in full swing. My first September event was the Theo Grace x Nicky Hilton launch at Kathy Hilton’s Bel Air home. They were filming The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills at the same time, which made it even more fun. The jewelry collection was beautiful, and I especially loved the Bee Loved Locket and Luckiest Charm Necklace. I also went to see Thievery Corporation at The Greek Theatre the night before heading to New York and wore my new Aimee Kestenberg leather bum bag—it’s the perfect mix of chic and practical, and I know I’ll be wearing it all season long.

Being in New York for a week really set the pace for getting me back into business mode. I saw the Broadway show & Juliet with my daughter Rachel and I highly recommend it. My husband’s annual conference was held at The Palace and the newly renovated Waldorf Astoria, where Sting performed—this was truly an unforgettable night! I also spent time reconnecting with friends and family from my East Coast roots. One highlight was a special lunch at Coco’s, a gorgeous private club on the Upper East Side. And of course, no NYC trip is complete without a little shopping—I popped into Bergdorf Goodman (always my favorite) and Mango, where I found this chic leopard jacket that I’ll be living in this fall.

This past week in LA, my dear friend and amazing content creator, Janet Gunn, hosted a shopping event at the Staud store on Melrose Place. Their fall collection was incredible—I ended up bringing home this stunning dress, adventure pants, and jacket, and I have my eye on a pair of kitten heel boots to round out my wardrobe.
I also attended another event at Cou Cou in West Hollywood for the launch of the new T3 Curling Straightener, a revolutionary 2-in-1 tool, where I had the chance to meet co-founder Julie Chung in person.
To get in some LA culture, I went on a docent-led tour with Curated in LA of The Great Wall of Los Angeles—a monumental mural and cultural landmark created by SPARC and artist Judith F. Baca.
While running errands, I couldn’t resist taking advantage of the Friends & Family sales happening this week. I scored a classic Vince dress that I plan to wear for a Rosh Hashanah lunch. With so many amazing sales going on right now, I pulled together a full list below so you can shop them too.

As for my fall fashion picks, the standouts for me so far are the Bee Loved Locket, the Vince Plaid Dress (ON SALE), my new Staud pieces, the Eby bras and undies (so supportive yet comfy and ON SALE!), and of course, the Mango leopard jacket. These are the pieces I know I’ll be reaching for all season long.
On the beauty and wellness side, I’ve also been finding new favorites.
As far as longevity biohacking goes, I’ve been loving the Timeline Nutrition Gummies as an alternative to gel caps, and the new Bloom Creatine Gummies are delicious while supporting lean muscle, strength, and cognitive health. I also stocked up on these Beauty FX bars on Amazon. The cacao raspberry flavor is my favorite—they’re packed with protein and collagen, making them both delicious and nourishing.
For makeup, I’m loving the Sara Creal mascara and concealer—the cleanest and best-performing formulas I’ve found so far. My Jones Road brow pencil continues to be a staple, while skincare-wise, the Alpyn Barrier Repair Cream with super peptides and ghostberry is keeping my skin hydrated and balanced. And for oral care, I’ve been using Cocoshine toothpaste, which I love for being both clean and effective.
To make it easy for you to shop all of my favorites in one place, I’ve created ShopMy shelves, a special storefront where you can find my curated clean beauty, fashion, and lifestyle picks. I update them regularly with fresh finds, so check back often to see what I’ve added.
