Gut Health & How to Improve It

December is the perfect time of year to do a little check in with your gut, especially because it’s easy to indulge in food and drinks that is less healthy than your usual diet! Your gut microbiome is the foundation of your health. Good gut health occurs when you have a balance between the good and bad bacteria and yeast in your digestive system.
