We are getting close to the end of 2022, and this is the time of year to slow down and take some time for ourselves to reflect on the year. It’s so important to reset, rest and recharge so I hope you are taking some time off to relax or connect with family and friends!

Thank you for following my journey to help build a platform that empowers women to live a cleaner, more enhanced life. Self-love and self-care are so important in striving to be the best version of ourselves.

I moved to LA in 2012 from NY and never looked back...until recently! I have a newfound love for my hometown and decided to spend lots of time there since my daughter Rachel moved to Tribeca in early September. When I shop for clothing now, I look for pieces that can be worn on both coasts.
Spring is definitely one of the best times of year to be in New York. Since my daughter moved to Tribeca last fall, I plan to spend more time there, especially now that winter is almost behind us. I’ve recently been wearing some great basic looks here in LA that will work so well for my upcoming NYC trips and thought I would share them with you for some inspo!
Many of my favorite summer activities include anything near or in the ocean or pool. I noticed that shopping for cute swimwear that is flattering on a post-menopause body is quite a different game so I thought I would share with you my favorite finds for summer! I happen to have found three new swimsuits this year worth a shout-out!

I’m always refining my wardrobe which I like to describe as classic with an edge! This past year I’ve embraced some new trends, and left behind some older ones that no longer feel fresh or stylish! In an effort to help you refresh and reset for the coming months, I’ve teamed up with my uber stylish friend and blogging bestie, Janet Gunn of The Grateful Gardenia, to give you our take on the pieces and styles we are buying now, and the ones we are ditching.
Most days I seem to be short on time, so I like to keep my everyday makeup routine to 5 minutes. It’s a new year and I’m feeling GOOD. I plan to stick to my health and wellness goals for 2022 and get in the best shape of my life at 56 (mentally and physically) with Thorne. Weight management is something that seems to be “top of mind” for so many of us, so I thought I would share some advice on things that work best for me!
A few years ago, right before the pandemic hit, Michael and I went on an incredible boat trip and explored the beautiful Caribbean island of St. Barths. We have been several times over the years but had not made it out there since moving to LA about ten years ago. This magical island is definitely a place to add to your bucket list and is described as heaven on earth (truth!).
