Below are some of my favorite products to have on hand if you're thinking about getting injectables.

1. Bruising remedies: A few days before injections, I like to take Arnica montana pills to prevent or help diminish bruising. I also like to apply Arnicare Cream to the site where I have been injected.

2. Face Oil: The Olie X Melissa Meyers RoseGlow Drops are perfect to use after I get injectables such as botox or filler. The all-natural face oil is great for de-puffing and gentle on the skin.

3. Hair ties: I always come prepared to tie my hair back during any facial service with chic Emi Jay hair ties.

4. Primer/Sunscreen: I like to apply a blurring effect make-up with sunscreen when heading out the door post injections and love the Colorscience bronzing perfector! This product has 20 SPF and hides any skin imperfections. Plus, adds a sun-kissed glow too.

5. Concealer: To cover any bruising, my favorite concealer is by Cover FX. This concealer blends perfectly, covers blemishes and bruising, and it's antioxidant ingredients leaves my skin in great shape.

6. Lipgloss: After getting botox, I always use the Sara Happe One Luxe Gloss to give my lips a little color and shine as well as draw attention to another part of my face.

As of now Alchemy 43 has four locations in LA but plan to open in New York and other cities. They offer a large menu of services for you to choose from depending what facial rejuvenation you would like to achieve. Prices are about the best I've seen for these types of treatments.

10 Tips for Self Improvement

Happy February Glow Girls! It's been one month since we made our New Years Resolutions but did we stick to them? No worries if you didn’t--you can start by implementing some of my favorite lifestyle hacks now. Read on for my top 10 tips to become a happier, healthier version of yourself. 

1. DIET DAYS: Try a new eating plan to help lose a few extra pounds. Eating clean will make you feel better and get stronger!  Whole 30 and the Akasha Center Food Cleanse are two of the safest and most effective diet plans.
