I have personally found it very important to use this time to reflect on the past, regroup, and recharge for the future. Covid19 certainly forced us all to slow down and has provided valuable insight on how doing less can actually be more. I have kept this lesson in mind as I plan and prepare to tackle my goals for 2021.

I had the pleasure of working on a super fun project with my daughter, Rachel. We were asked to do a post for Who What Wear about the basic wardrobe pieces we both love, and we covered everything from boyfriend jeans to minimalist jewelry. This year, I have found myself trying to digest everything that has transpired regarding racism and our society today. It’s crazy to think that it takes people in all fifty states protesting and rioting for so many Americans to finally wake up to such poignant issues that have been going on for over four hundred years. Confronting racism and inequality comes with discomfort for many; however, without working through these uncomfortable feelings, we can never create real long-term change.
