The TSY Transformation Program includes a new progressive foam roller workout each week for 10 weeks. The videos will take you step-by-step, move by move through each exercise. You can stream these on your computer, tablet or phone making it easily accessible from anywhere, at home, in the office or while traveling.
With the program you get a 21-day meal plan and recipes that feature foods that help heal, restore and revitalize your body. Lauren calls these Fascia Foods as they help to repair the connective tissue in your body.
